Distance contract

This Agreement is concluded between the owner of the website www.marketingshake.lv, "WE ARE VERY" Ltd, registration no. 40103197321, (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), and the Buyer who places an order on the website www.marketingshake.lv. The Distance Contract applies to all orders and purchases made on the website www.marketingshake.lv.

1. The buyer reserves and pays for the participation in the Marketing Shake festival (hereinafter referred to as the Service), while the Seller provides a high-quality event with the performance of the speakers mentioned in the program (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer). The object of purchase - service - in the distance contract means participation in the Marketing Shake festival.

2. The Buyer orders the service by filling out the relevant order form on the Seller's website www.marketingshake.lv. When placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide accurate information, i.e. name, surname, contact information. The buyer is responsible for the correct presentation of the data, otherwise the provision of the Service is not guaranteed. Ordering the service is considered as the Buyer's offer to the Seller to conclude this Distance Agreement for the provision of the ordered service and the Buyer's agreement to purchase the ordered Service at the specified price. Personal data related to the provision of the Service are transferred to a third party - the Organizer - for order provision.

3. According to the Cabinet of Ministers regulation no. 255 "Rules on distance contracts" in section III "Exercise of the right of refusal" in clause 22.12. it is established that the consumer cannot use the right of refusal if – the contract is concluded for accommodation services (except contracts for the rental of residential premises), transportation of goods, rental of vehicles, catering or entertainment events, if the service provider undertakes to provide the service on a certain day or during a certain period of time; therefore, the tickets purchased by the user are not refunded, except in cases where the Organizer has announced otherwise.

4. The Seller guarantees a refund or the provision of an equivalent Service if the Organizer has canceled the object of the Service - the Marketing Shake festival.

5. In the event that it will not be allowed to organize a face-to-face event, the Seller guarantees those who bought a face-to-face ticket to return the difference between the face-to-face and online ticket price and send the online ticket.

6. Payment for the service is made by the Buyer in the online store www.marketingshake.lv, using Latvian internet banks (Citadele, Luminor, SEB Banka, Swedbank), Revolut and N26, as well as payment cards (Visa, Master Card, Maestro).

7. For those legal entities that do not have the possibility to pay for the service in the online store www.marketingshake.lv, using the payment initiation service in Latvian internet banks (Citadele, Luminor, SEB Banka, Swedbank) and payment cards (Visa, Master Card, Maestro), an invoice is issued, which must be paid within the term specified in the invoice. If payment is not made within the specified period, the order and invoice are cancelled.

8. After receiving the payment, the Seller sends a confirmation letter to the Buyer to the e-mail specified when placing the order.

9. This Agreement has been drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. The buyer confirms that he is familiar with the terms of the Agreement and undertakes to observe and fulfill them.

10. The Buyer is informed that the Seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this agreement at any time.

11. The public event will be photographed and filmed. The photos and videos will be processed and used for publicity purposes. By being present at the event, the Purchaser acknowledges that he/she is aware that he/she may be included in the audiovisual material of the event and has no objection thereto.
