This contract is concluded between the owner of the website www.marketingshake.lv \"WE ARE VERY\" Ltd, registration no. 40103197321, (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), and the Buyer who places an order on the website www.marketingshake.lv. The Distance Contract applies to all orders and purchases made on the website www.marketingshake.lv.<\/p>

1.The Buyer shall book and pay for participation in the Marketing Shake Festival (the \"Service\") and the Seller shall provide a quality event with the speakers listed in the programme (the \"Organiser\"). The object of the purchase - the Service - is understood in the Distance Contract to be the participation in the Marketing Shake Festival.<\/p>

2. the Buyer shall order the Service by completing the relevant order form on the Seller's website www.marketingshake.lv. When placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide precise information, i.e. name, surname, contact details. The Buyer is responsible for providing the correct information, otherwise the provision of the Service is not guaranteed. Ordering the Service shall be deemed to constitute an offer by the Buyer to the Seller to enter into this Distance Contract for the provision of the ordered Service and an agreement by the Buyer to purchase the ordered Service at the price indicated. Personal data relating to the provision of the Service shall be transferred to a third party, the Organiser, for the purpose of the order.<\/p>

3.According to the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 255 \"Regulations on Distance Contracts\", Section III \"Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal\", paragraph 22.12 states that the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if - the contract is concluded for accommodation services (excluding contracts for the rental of residential premises), carriage of goods, rental of vehicles, catering or entertainment events, where the service provider undertakes to provide the service on a specified date or within a specified period; therefore, the tickets purchased by the user are not redeemed, unless otherwise notified by the Organiser.<\/p>

4.The Seller guarantees a refund or equivalent Service if the Marketing Shake Festival, the object of the Service, is cancelled by the Organiser.<\/p>

5. in the event that a live event is not permitted, the Seller guarantees to refund to those who have purchased a live ticket the difference between the price of the live ticket and the price of the online ticket and to send the online ticket.<\/p>

6.The Buyer shall pay for the Service in the online shop www.marketingshake.lv using Latvian internet banks (Citadele, Luminor, SEB Banka, Swedbank) and Revolut as well as payment cards (Mastercard and Visa, as well as payments using Google Pay and Apple Pay).<\/p>

7.For those legal entities that are unable to pay for the Service in the online shop www.marketingshake.lv using the payment initiation service in Latvian internet banks (Citadele, Luminor, SEB Banka, Swedbank) and payment cards (Visa, Master Card, Maestro), an invoice shall be issued, which shall be paid within the term specified in the invoice. If payment is not made by the due date, the order and the invoice will be cancelled.<\/p>

8.Upon receipt of payment, the Seller shall send the Buyer a confirmation letter to the e-mail address specified when placing the order.<\/p>

9.This Agreement is made in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. The Buyer acknowledges that it has read the provisions of the Contract and undertakes to observe and comply with them.<\/p>

10. The Buyer is informed that the Seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time.<\/p>

11. The public event will be photographed and filmed. The photos and videos will be processed and used for publicity purposes. By being present at the event, the Purchaser acknowledges that he\/she is aware that he\/she may be included in the audiovisual material of the event and has no objection thereto.<\/p>
