What time?

Doors open at 9:00 for arrival and registration. The festival continues until 19:00

Online member?

If you're participating online, you'll receive an email shortly before the event with a unique access code and a link to join the festival remotely.

Presentation Translations

The event is supported by language technology company Tilde, providing the Tilde Event Assistant tool, which converts speech into text in real time and translates it into multiple languages. Translations of the presentations will be available to read*. LV→EN, as well as EN→LV. They can be read on your phone or computer.

Parking?

Parking is available in nearby paid and free car parks. We kindly encourage to arrive early. The nearest paid parking lots are Park Expert at 19 E. Birznieka-Upīša Street, CityParks at 74 Lāčplēša Street, and Park Expert at 5 Visvalža Street.

Entrance ticket and registration?

Entrance tickets will not be sent. When you arrive at the registration desk, please state your name and receive a name card, wristband, and lunch voucher.

Outdoors!

The festival will take place outdoors - in the fresh air, so, please make sure you have suitable clothing for the changing weather conditions. Tents will be provided on the festival grounds for shelter in case of rain. The Zuzeum courtyard has a rocky surface, so we strongly recommend wearing comfortable shoes.

Lunch?

A delicious lunch will be offered to all in-person participants between 11:45 and 15:00 in exchange for a voucher*. You will receive the voucher when you register on the day of the event.

*One voucher is valid for one offer from the food station of your choice

Choose one pizza:

  1. "Sloka - mozzarella, parmesan, tomato sauce, basil 
  2. "Jaundubulti" - mozzarella, parmesan, tomato sauce, salami
  3. "Melluži" - mozzarella, parmesan, pesto, cotto ham, pistachios.


SUSHI BROTHERS

  1. Sushi burger with crispy homemade salmon fillet croquette - (seaweed salad, cheese, cucumber, Tom Kha sauce, caviar)

For a vegetarian option, ask the Sushi Brothers' talented chefs.

AUGS 

Choose one dirty fries option:

  1. French fries with pulled pork, gravy, onion chips, greens, paprika mayonnaise.
  2. French fries with crispy chicken fillet, cheese sauce, onion chips, greens, mango mayonnaise.
  3. French fries with cheese sauce, onion chips, herbs, mango mayonnaise.


Or a Caesar salad bowl with crispy chicken, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber and corn.

The event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to the processing of your personal data. If you do not agree, please inform us in writing.

From 11:10, workshops will take place in the ZUZEUM Art Centre on the 1st floor (follow the signs), running parallel to the main stage.

Speakers’ presentations will be available as recordings after the event and will not be sent separately.

A festival recording?

All visitors will have the opportunity to activate a code to watch a free recording of the festival for one month. You will receive information about access and the access code after the festival.

Starts at 17:30. Enjoy the best Cannes Lions ads, cocktails, and festival spirit with participants, their friends, and colleagues! A party with the best music for festival participants*, featuring RADIO TEV DJ Toms Polakens. A charging station for a better mood! 

*If you are a festival-goer, come to the party and bring your friends or colleagues!
If you're an online viewer, enjoy the festival on screen during the day and join the party in person in the evening!

Will there be gifts?

We have a gift for every visitor! Please pick up a gift bag at the festival registration when you leave.
