WE ARE VERY Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Organiser)
The person or company placing an order on the www.marketingshake.lv online shopping website (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").

The Customer books and pays for the Marketing Shake Festival (the "Service") and the Organiser ensures a high quality event with the speakers listed in the programme. The object of the purchase, the service, is understood to be the participation in the Marketing Shake festival.

The buyer orders the service by filling in the relevant order form on the organiser's website www.marketingshake.lv. When placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide precise information, i.e. name, surname and contact details. The Buyer is responsible for providing the correct details, otherwise the service cannot be guaranteed. Ordering the Service constitutes the Buyer's agreement to purchase the Service at the price indicated.

The buyer shall pay for the service in the online shop www.marketingshake.lv using one of the Latvian internet banks (Swedbank, Luminor, SEB banka, Citadele) and a payment card (Visa, Master Card, Maestro). Payments made on the website www.marketingshake.lv are processed by AS SEB Banka.

By purchasing the service, the purchaser agrees to receive newsletters about events organised by WE ARE VERY Ltd.

The public event will be photographed and filmed. The photos and videos will be processed and used for publicity purposes. By being present at the event, the purchaser acknowledges that he/she has been informed and has no objection to being included in the audiovisual material of the event.
