WE ARE VERY Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Organiser)

Paragraph 22.12 of the "Exercise of the right of withdrawal" part of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 255 "Regulations on distance contracts" states that the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of a contract concluded for accommodation services (except for contracts for the rental of residential premises), carriage of goods, rental of vehicles, catering or entertainment events, where the service provider undertakes to provide the service on a specified date or within a specified period; therefore, the tickets purchased by the user are not redeemed, unless the organiser has stated otherwise.

The Organiser guarantees a refund or equivalent service in the event of cancellation of the Marketing Shake Festival.
